Microsoft выпустила билд под номером 9926 для инсайдеров Windows. Он включает в себя многочисленные изменения интерфейса.

Но я бы хотел поговорить об изменившимся приложении Настроек. В то время как классическая Панель управления все еще есть, хотя обновлённое приложение теперь уже можно назвать Панелью управления в стиле Modern. Оно имеет новый интерфейс и весьма удобно для планшетных ПК.

Категория «Устройства» позволяет увидеть, какие устройства подключены к компьютеру, а также позволяет настроить параметры мыши / тачпада, а также ввод текста (можно включить или отключить автозамену для слов с ошибками, или выделить слова с орфографическими ошибками). Также можно включить или отключить автозапуск для всех носителей и устройств.

«Сеть и Интернет» позволяет настроить Wi-Fi, Cellular, VPN, DirectAccess, Dual-Up, Ethernet, а также настроить прокси-сервера. В принципе, каждый параметр нужно настраивать, когда речь идёт о Сети.

В «Update & Recovery» можно обновить компьютер, не затрагивая файлы или переустановить Windows. Кроме того, можно вернуться к предыдущим версиям Windows, настроить дополнительные параметры запуска, создать резервную копию системы, а также обновить систему с помощью Windows Update.
